Ingredients
- 750 g apples, cut into quarters
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g raisins
- 500 g flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 200 g nuts, whole, mixed
- butter, for greasing
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Place apples into mixing bowl,
S1, 8000RPM 30S, S2
Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Place sugar, raisins, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and nuts into mixing bowl,
S1, RVS 350RPM, 15S
Step 4
Add chopped apples,
S1, Kneading program, S3
Step 5
Place dough into greased baking form (approx. 30 x 12 x 10 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Cool in the baking form for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Cool completely before cutting bread into slices.-
