Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 130 g black olives, pitted
- 30 g anchovy fillets, in oil
- 30 g extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g chopped tomatoes, canned
- 100 g capers, salted, rinsed
- 1 tbsp salt, plus some extra
- 1500 g water
- 360 g pasta, dry, type penne
- 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch pepper
Step 1
Place olive oil, garlic clove, black olives and anchovy fillets into mixing jar,
S1, 5500RPM 8S, RVS 50RPM +/- 120C 3M;
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and capers,
S1, RVS 100RPM 100C, 12M, S2
If necessary season with salt to taste. Transfer into a large bowl, set aside and keep warm.
Step 4
Place water and 1 tbsp salt into mixing jar,
S1, 100C 11M;
Step 5
Add pasta,
S1, RVS 50RPM, 100C 12M, S3;
Check to see if pasta is 'al dente'. Drain pasta into Steamer dish and transfer into the bowl with tomato sauce. Add parsley and pepper, mix well and serve immediately.
