Shortbread biscuits

Ingredients
- 100 g sugar 100
- 200 g butter, cut into pieces 200
- 300 g flour 300
- 1 egg 1
- 1 pinch salt 1
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar /
Step 1
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl,
S1, 4500RPM 60S, S3Form dough into a ball shape, place in a bowl and cover. Allow dough to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
Step 2
Preheat oven at 180C.
Step 3
Cut dough ball into 2 equal pieces and roll out one piece between 2 sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters, place them with some space in between onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 - 12 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely before decorating or storing in an air-tight container.
