Ingredients
- zest of 1 organic lemon
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs, 60 g each
- 200 g flour
- 1 jar yoghurt, 10 % fat, 125 g
- 80 g sunflower oil, light, plus extra to grease the pan
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sachet baking powder, 10 - 15 g

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.

Place lemon zest and sugar into mixing jar,

Step 3
Add eggs.
S1, 350RPM, 45S

Step 4
Add flour, yoghurt, oil baking powder and salt
S1,3000RPM 1M30S, S3

Step 5
Pour mixture into a greased bundt cake tin and bake for 30 minutes (180 C).
