    - 50 g almonds
    - 50 g walnuts, shelled
    - 280 g flour
    - 70 g sugar
    - 25 g vanilla sugar

    - 2 g egg yolks
    - 200 g butter, cold, cut into pieces
    - 50 g icing sugar, for dusting

    Step 1
    Place almonds and walnuts into mixing jar

    Step 2
    Add flour, sugar, 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) vanilla sugar, egg yolks and butter,

    Step 3
    Take out dough, form a ball, wrap with cling film and put into fridge for approx. 1 hour.

    Step 4
    Preheat oven to 180C. Tear off small pieces of dough, roll and form into crescents. Place crescents on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a little space between them.

    Step 5
    Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on size of crescents) and allow to cool completely, as the biscuits are very brittle when warm.

    Step 6
    while baking, add icing sugar and remaining vanilla sugar.
    S1, 11000RPM, 45S, S3;
    After baking, coat biscuits in mixture.
