Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate, cut into pieces
- 60 g nuts, mixed
- 80 g oat flakes
- 130 g butter, soft, cut into pieces
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 130 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Place dark chocolate and mixed nuts into mixing jar,

Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Place oat flakes into mixing jar;
S1, 8000RPM, 5S,S2;
Transfer into another bowl and set aside.

Place butter, sugars, egg and vanilla sugar into mixing bowl,
S1, RVS 350RPM, 2M30S;
Step 5
Add flour, ground oat flakes, baking soda, baking powder and salt,

Step 6
Add chopped chocolate and nuts,
S1, RVS350RPM 35S, S3
Form dough with aid of 2 teaspoons into walnut size balls and place them 3 cm apart onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake one baking tray after another in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 - 12 minutes until slightly brown. Allow to cool before serving or storing in an air-tight container.
