Ingredients
Cake
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g dark chocolate, (min. 50 % cocoa), cut into pieces
- 130 g butter, cut into pieces, plus some extra
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g flour

Chocolate coating
- 100 g dark chocolate, (min. 50 % cocoa), cut into pieces
- 60 g water
- 60 g sugar
- 20 g butter

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C.

Step 2
Insert butterfly. Separate eggs, place egg whites and salt into mixing jar,
S1, 500RPM, 5M,S2;
Remove butterfly. Transfer beaten egg white into a salad bowl and set aside.

Step 3
Place dark chocolate into mixing jar,
S1, 8000RPM 15S;
Use spatula to scrape chocolate down to bottom.

Step 4
Add butter and melt 4 min/50C/speed 2.
S1, RVS 300RPM,50C,3M;

Step 5
Add sugar and eggs yolks,
 S1, 1500RPM,30S;

Step 6
Add flour
S1,1500RPM 30S,S2
Add chocolate mixture to beaten egg whites and carefully fold in. Place the mixture into a buttered spring form ( 22 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25 - 30 minutes.1500RPM

Step 7
While baking, place dark chocolate into mixing jar,
S1, 8000RPM,12S;

Step 8
Add water and sugar,
S1, RVS300RPM, 100C 9M,

Add butter,
S1, 1500RPM45S, S3

Step 10
Pour chocolate coating over the baked cake and spread evenly. Serve warm.
