Ingredients
Dough
- 600 g flour
- 300 g water
- 20 g olive oil, plus some extra
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Topping
- 4 onions, cut into halves (400 g)
- 40 g olive oil
- 40 g water
- 2 tsp salt

Step 1
Place flour, 300 g water, 20 g olive oil, fresh yeast, sugar and salt into mixing jar,
S1,Kneading Program, S2;

Step 2
Take out the dough, Pour 2 tbsp olive oil onto a baking tray and with aid of oiled spatula place dough onto it. With oiled hands, form soft dough into a round shape and cover with a thin layer of olive oil. Cover dough with a bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 20 - 30 minutes. While it is rising, preheat oven to 200C.

Step 3
Place onion olive oil, water and salt into mixing bowl,
S1, 5000RPM, 15S, S3
Spread mixture onto dough, bake in preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
