Ingredients
- 200 g poblano chilli, cut into pieces
- 200 g green peppers and 1/2 chilli, deseeded
- 80 g onions, cut into halves
- 25 g oil, plus some extra
- 1 tsp salt
- 30 g sugar
- 60 g butter, plus some extra
- 1 egg
- 550 g flour
- 2 tsp dry yeast (10 g)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten in a bowl
Step 1
Place oil, salt, sugar, butter, poblano chilli and onions into mixing bowl,
S1, 6500RPM, 15S, RVS 50RPM 60C 2M;
Step 2
Let mixture rest for 15 minutes or temperature lower to 37C degree, checking by looking the “current temperature” on display
Step 3
Add egg, flour and dry yeast,
S1Kneading program, S3;
When done, transfer into a bowl and let rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size (approx. 30 minutes). With greased hands form dough into a loaf shape and place into a greased baking form (approx. 30 x 12 x 10 cm). Cover bread with a kitchen towel and let rise until it has doubled in size. While it is rising, preheat oven to 180C.
Step 4
Brush bread with egg yolk and bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes until golden. Allow bread to cool before removing it from baking form and cutting in slices.-
