Ingredients
- 200 g water
- 80 g olive oil
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 400 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 170 g feta cheese, cut in small pieces
- 50 g onions
- 50 g olives, pitted

Step 1
Place onion into mixing jar,
S1, 5500RPM, 15S, S2
Take out and set aside.
Step 2
Place water, olive oil and fresh yeast in the mixing jar,
S1, RVS 200RPM,40C, 2M
Step 3
Add flour, onion, feta cheese and salt,
S1, Kneading program, S3

Step 4
Form dough piece into a loaf shape, place dough onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rise in a warm place until they double in volume (approx. 20 minutes). Preheat oven to 200C. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting in slices.
